We currently ship within the United States and Internationally. Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Domestic Shipping: 7-15 business days
• International Shipping: 10-25 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Some items may ship separately to ensure the fastest delivery. 

📫 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

📦 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

The Emerald Coast Pet Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided. If you need help, reach out to our support team and we’ll do our best to assist.

At Emerald Coast Pet Co., your satisfaction is our priority. While we do our best to ensure every item arrives in perfect condition, we understand that issues can occasionally arise.

Returns

Due to the nature of our global supply chain and fulfillment partners, we do not accept returns unless the item you received is:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect

If you received an item that meets one of these conditions, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@emeraldcoastpetco.com with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo or video showing the issue

We’ll be happy to resolve the issue by offering a free replacement or a full/partial refund, depending on the situation.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for reasons such as:

• Change of mind
• Wrong size or color ordered
• Shipping delays outside our control

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

• The item was not received after 45 days (tracking shows no delivery).
• The item was received damaged or defective, and proof was provided.
• The wrong item was received.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. In such cases, please contact your local postal service directly.
