📦 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

At Emerald Coast Pet Co. your satisfaction is our priority. While we do our best to ensure every item arrives in perfect condition, we understand that issues can occasionally arise.
🔁 Returns
Due to the nature of our global supply chain and fulfillment partners, we do not accept returns unless the item you received is: Damaged, Defective or Incorrect. If your item meets one of these conditions, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@emeraldcoastpetco.com
Please provide the following:

A clear photo or video showing the issue
We’ll be happy to resolve the issue with a free replacement or a full/partial refund, depending on the situation.
🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for reasons such as:
Change of mind
Wrong size or color ordered
Shipping delays outside our control
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
💳 Refunds
Refunds will only be issued under these conditions:
Item not received after 45 days (tracking shows no delivery)
Item received damaged or defective, with proof provided
Wrong item was received
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Please contact your local postal service directly in such cases.
